Microsoft Asking for Login Again and Again
Hi Shoya,
Wow, I'm sorry to hear you've been having all of these issues. I'd love to offer my assistance but need a little bit of help. I hear a lot of issues going on there. Is the main issue right now an inability to login to your Microsoft account?
Let's try a few things:
1. Can you go to http://account.microsoft.com and login with your Microsoft account?
If you can access your account, let's setup two step verification using these steps:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12408/...
Why two step verification? It provides a higher level of security and will help with the login on multiple machines/browsers. It works by sending you a verification code via txt message -or- an alternative email address, not your Microsoft address.
again, sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered. Let me know how this works and we'll continue on to help.
Thanks,
-Jeff

Thank you, Jeff for responding so quickly. No, when I go to any of the MS sign in pages, I receive the same message saying my sign-in data is wrong. I am then prompted to reset the password. But, in order to reset it, I have to get an e-mail that will contain a code that must be entered. I can't get my e-mail because...the system prompts me to sign in and won't accept my sign-in data. It's a hopeless loop! Oh, about the text option or the alternative e-mail: I have tried both, but even then I keep getting prompted to sign in again and again...really, I have been prompted to sign in every couple of hours over the past few days. Just highly frustrating and very weird...
I keep having these type problems ever since 365 updated about a month ago. I won't bore you with all the problems, but they seem related to that update.

Jeff- I just read something on the help page that has me puzzled - it said that if you are being prompted to continually sign into your account, after you have already signed in, that you may have more than one Office App at one time and to close all but one app. Is this now saying you cannot have more than one app open at a time? I hope not...since I often go between Apps while I work. Sounds as if they are saying I can no longer multi-task without the prompts to sign in. Odd...

Thank you for the information. So it sounds like the email for the recovery is your Microsoft email that you can't access. Correct? That can be a problem. Here is what I'd like to propose:
1. Connect with Microsoft live 365 chat:
https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/...
This will hopefully get you access to your account. Once you have access I can walk you through a few things to try in your account settings to get you in a better situation when/if this happens in the future.
Let me know once the Microsoft agent is able to get you back into your account. Unfortunately I do not have the ability to look at your account.
I'll be here
Thanks
-Jeff

Are you using Office online apps or using the apps installed on your computer? You can use multiple apps on your computer, but you cannot have multiple sessions open - being logged in via multiple browsers or computers or devices.
